Support
Write to support@varak.app. It is one person answering, usually within a couple of days. If a particular PDF misbehaves, say what you did, what you expected and what happened — and if you can share the file, that turns guesswork into a fix.
Letters are missing from the page (İ, Ş, Ğ)
If the same document also loses those letters in Preview or another PDF app on the same Mac, the cause is a font conflict on the system rather than the file. Open Font Book, search for the font the document uses (often Arial), and look for duplicates that you or another installer added — entries without a padlock, such as a second "Arial MT" or an "Arial CE". Disable or remove those, choose File → Restore Standard Fonts, then log out and back in.
Inside VARAK you can also open View → Rendering report to see exactly which characters your Mac drew and which it did not, and turn on View → Fix missing letters to have VARAK draw them itself.
A line of text can be moved but not retyped
That document's font gives no reliable way to tell which character each shape is. Rather than guess and corrupt your file, VARAK marks the line read-only. File → Text decoding report shows what it found for each glyph; send that report and the file and it may be fixable.
Restoring VARAK Pro
Open any Pro feature and choose Restore purchase in the sheet that appears, signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with. The unlock is a one-time purchase and works on your other Macs.
Refunds
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too: reportaproblem.apple.com. The developer cannot process them.
Requirements
macOS 11 or later, Apple Silicon or Intel.
Reporting something sensitive
